Dry & Rough Black Skin: The Scrub Solution

gommage peau noire Black & matte women tend to have combination to oily skin on the face but dry on the body. Indeed, the skin of the body is less rich in sebum than that of the face, added to the friction of clothes and the aggressions of the limestone of the water, it dries out much more easily. The body's defense against its aggressions is the production of cells that form a thickening of the stratum corneum of the epidermis. The skin then becomes rough, mainly on the areas of friction (elbows, knees and heels), less soft, loses tone and seems less receptive to moisturizing care.

The solution: the scrub ! It makes it possible to smooth the epidermis, to make the satin skin, more supple, more toned and to be reactive again to the products used. Nevertheless, for black & matte skin, the soft way is preferable to the strong way, rather than rubbing the skin aggressively to remove dead skin, choose new ultra-gentle scrub formulas with exfoliating microbeads like those of bamboo, which combine exfoliating and moisturizing, which helps limit irritation for black & matte skin often sensitive, as with the CLEAN'OYA® Exfoliating Exfoliating Gel.

COUNSEL:

1. The scrub is applied to dry or wet skin, or after taking a hot bath (or hot shower), in order to better prepare the body.

2. The scrub should rest for a few minutes to take effect. It is recommended that black & matte skin do a scrub once a week to maintain the skin's radiance and soft appearance. In case of irritation, reduce the intensity of friction and choose, if necessary, a softer product such as a sugar exfoliating cream.

3. You can also use a glove like the sisal ball, used in hammams to activate the foam of Aleppo soap, which is used to rub the epidermis to remove dead skin or a vegetable sponge, such as loofa, which unclogs pores, removes dead cells, stimulates micro circulation and thus makes the application of care more effective.

ASTUTENESS:

Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda starch to your bath water (which will eliminate the impact of limescale on your skin) and apply a moisturizer to the body after showering.
