Shipping and returns
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. Orders are dispatched via Colissimo with a tracking number, and are delivered to your home, workplace or friends home without requiring a signature.
Orders can be delivered within the following timeframes:
> In mainland France: Within 48 hours. Postage and packaging from €6 (incl. VAT)
> In Europe: Within 4 to 6 working days. Postage and packaging from €8 (incl. VAT)
> In French overseas departments and territories: Within 6 to 8 working days. Postage and packaging from €15 (incl. VAT). Customs charges may apply upon receipt of the package, they are the responsibility of the customer.
> To Canada & US: Within 6 to 10 days. Postage and packaging from €15 (incl. VAT)
> To the Middle East: Within 6 to 10 days. Postage and packaging from €15 (incl. VAT)
> In Africa: Within 6 to 10 days. Postage and packaging from €15 (incl. VAT)
For same day shipping, place your order before 3pm. Free delivery will be offered for orders over €50 within mainland France.
Please contact us before choosing your delivery method, as additional charges may be incurred (customs and duties). Whichever delivery method you choose, a link to track your order on-line will be sent to you.
Shipping charges include the costs of preparation and packaging as well as the cost of shipping. Preparation fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary based on the weight of the package. We recommend grouping all of your items into one single order. We are unable to join two separately placed orders and separate shipping charges will apply to each order. Particular attention is paid to each of our deliveries.
The dimensions of boxes will be appropriate and your items will be packaged correctly.

Are you not satisfied with one of our products? Don’t hesitate to contact us via Email, via post or by telephone so that together we can understand the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our team of experts are always available to provide a full follow-up. We are constantly developing a number of personalised protocols in order to establish skin care regimes which are adapted to each individual. As we well know, each individuals skin is different and our experts are here to respond to all of your questions. At IN’OYA we strive to help our OYAs every day during their treatment, since their happiness is our success.
However, if despite all of our efforts, your purchases do not completely satisfy you, our client service is available to provide an exchange or a refund for these products without justification on your part. All you have to do is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return those products in their original packaging.
In this case, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to return products to us in their original packaging. You can contact us to request your exchange or refund by e-mail at email@example.com, by post or even by telephone on +33 4 42 90 72 28 28. In the event of this action, please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund or to have a credit applied to your next order.
Concerning shipping costs, the return fees will be chargeable to us if it is an error on our part. In the event of dissatisfaction, delivery and return charges will be your responsibility. Only the price of the purchased products will be refunded to you. We will ship the requested products to be exchanged upon receipt of your return. In the event of a refund, we will send you a cheque, at your convenience, or you will be provided with credit for your next order within a month.
