Tell us about your concept and why you decided to create it?
Les Sœurs CHARM is a shop that was born from a request from friends and acquaintances.
For the record, every time I went on vacation in Cameroon, I always had a group of people who asked me to buy them certain products or accessories. Over the years the demand became stronger and stronger. So I decided to buy items and products (clothes, shoes, accessories, beauty products ...) and sell them during my stays.
From this experience, I was able to target and identify the products that were most in demand. In 2016 I decided to devote myself to beauty and wellness products. And in July 2017, I officially opened my shop in Yaoundé, where my customers can finally find all the products they want.
What support is offered to the customers of your shop?
The support we offer to customers is personalized support. Depending on the need and demand. The goal is that everyone can find full satisfaction.
Why did you choose to trust IN'OYA products?
To be completely honest, I didn't know the brand until a few months ago. It was clients who told me about it. So I did some research and decided to do a test on myself, having skin problems. IN'OYA fulfilled its contract by bringing me satisfaction.
It is therefore natural that I turned to IN'OYA to distribute the products in Cameroon.
What are the IN'OYA products most appreciated by your customers?
The most popular products are the products of the MEL'OYA and CLEAN'OYA range.
What beauty advice could you give to our "OYA"?
The advice I would give is to relearn how to take care of your skin. Our skin is like a baby, it needs attention and care.
