How long has the Pharmacy of Hope been in existence?
The Pharmacy of Hope was created in Reims at the end of 1993, so it has been more than 22 years.
What are the highest expectations of your customers when they visit your pharmacy?
The expectations of our customers are to find an answer or a solution adapted to their skin type, it is to be able to be accompanied, understood and heard. IN'OYA has an approach that favors this personalized follow-up, we had the opportunity to test it many times.
To what extent do you support women who seek your advice on a daily basis?
The pharmacy is a place par excellence where we come to seek advice, we are in a natural approach of listening, dermo-cosmetic advice and support in terms of beauty care.
