This month, we are going to Montpellier to meet Mrs. Armengaud the holder and Mariem (Para Manager) of the Pharmacie des Lilas located at 66 Route de Lavérune.
The Pharmacie des Lilas is composed of a young and passionate team, available to welcome and meet the expectations of all black and mixed women concerned about their health and well-being.
Tell us about your pharmacy and your team
The pharmacy of the Lilacs was created 25 years ago, it was in the place of the Lilacs, then it was relocated but the name remained. Our team is made up of dynamic, friendly and qualified young women. They are pharmacists and preparers, continuously trained to answer all customer questions.
What are the most common needs of black, matte and mixed-race women who come to your pharmacy?
The 1st request of the black women who come to see us concerns the dryness of the body. Then, the request is made a lot at the hair level that is to say dry hair but also the maintenance of frizzy hair in general. For children it is often the hygiene and care of the body of a dry skin especially in winter.
What care protocol do you recommend for black and matte women to combat spots and pimples ?
The problems that our clients with black and matte skin encounter are generally physiological (solar or skin reaction). Each client has a particular problem, we take the time to listen to them and understand them and then propose solutions adapted to the problems. We insist a lot on skin cleansing and sun protection that allow the smooth running of the treatment but also its effectiveness. They all leave with the most complete care protocol so that the treatment is effective quickly.
Why did you choose to trust IN'OYA products?
On the one hand, wishing to offer effective products to our customers with black and matte skin, we conducted a market study on dermocosmetic care brands specific to black and matte skin, IN'OYA stood out from the crowd.
